Late Policy

Arriving late will limit the amount of time scheduled for your appointment, meaning fewer lashes for the longer appointment times. Your appointment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed in their appointment. The full amount for your appointment will be charged. For shorter appointments, sugaring, airbrush tanning, will most likely have to be rescheduled and may be charged late cancelation fees.

Cancellation Policy

Ederra has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Your appointment time is set exclusively for you. Please consider that "no shows" or last minute cancellations are an inconvenience to both our estheticians and turned-away clients. We ask that our clients provide us with a credit card to hold their time slot. Should you have to cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a 50% charge will be administered to your credit card for each booked appointment. Should you not show up or “no show” the entire 100% fee for your appointment will be charged to your card. We understand that sometimes you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments and there are emergencies. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Answering machine is on 24 hours a day. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment so you can relax, fill out a new client consent form, and be fair to other clients. Ederra, in turn, will do our best to minimize your waiting time. If your schedule is hectic or you are not sure if you can keep your appointment, then you can schedule it on the day of treatment, if availability schedule permits.
